NO MORE PATIENCE!!! JOSE MOURINHO SACKED BY CHELSEA

José Mourinho has once again been sacked by Chelsea. Before this season the Portuguese had only lost one out of 98 Premier League matches but poor form this campaign made him the eighth
manager sacked by Roman Abramovich

The Chelsea owner has now dismissed
eight managers since his takeover in
2003 but he had held off for as long as
possible on Mourinho, and not only
because he had given him a new four-
year contract worth £250,000 a week, or
£13m a year, in August.

Adeus, José – a fittingly operatic
departure for the Chelsea manager
Abramovich desperately wanted
Mourinho to build upon last season’s
title triumph but so bad has this season
been that he knew he needed to act.
Chelsea’s 2-1 loss at Leicester City on
Monday night was a ninth defeat in 16
league matches and it left them just one
point above the relegation zone.
Abramovich was equally concerned by
Mourinho’s post-match comments , in
which he said that his work had been
“ betrayed” by the players at the King
Power Stadium. Mourinho said that they
had failed to carry out his orders and it
was tantamount to him saying that they
had stopped listening to him.
Mourinho will now attempt to reach a
settlement on his massive contract and
attention has turned towards who will
succeed him and be charged with the
clean-up operation. Hiddink, who
worked as the caretaker manager at the
club in 2009 after the sacking of Luis
Felipe Scolari, is now set to return to
Stamford Bridge. Hiddink led the club to
the FA Cup, but has not enjoyed much
success since in stints with Russia, Anzhi
Makhachkala and Holland, who failed to
qualify for Euro 2016.
Chelsea, whose next match is at home to
Sunderland on Saturday, released a
statement a little after 3pm, saying that
they wished “to make clear José leaves
us on good terms”.

Guus Hiddink can claim closure at
Chelsea after raw wounds from Holland
| David Hytner
The full statement read: “Chelsea
Football Club and José Mourinho have
today parted company by mutual
consent. All at Chelsea thank José for his
immense contribution since he returned
as manager in the summer of 2013.
“His three league titles, FA Cup,
Community Shield and three League
Cup wins over two spells make him the
most successful manager in our 110-
year history. But both José and the
board agreed results have not been good
enough this season and believe it is in
the best interests of both parties to go
our separate ways.
“The club wishes to make clear José
leaves us on good terms and will always
remain a much-loved, respected and
significant figure at Chelsea. His legacy
at Stamford Bridge and in England has
long been guaranteed and he will
always be warmly welcomed back to
Stamford Bridge.
“The club’s focus is now on ensuring
our talented squad reaches its
potential.”
This is the end of Mourinho’s second
stint in charge of the club – his first
spell in charge of Chelsea ended in
September of 2007, after he won the
Premier League title in 2005 and 2006.

JOSE MOURINHO ON THE VERGE OF LOSING JOB

Jose Mourinho gave Chelsea's players the day off on Tuesday --
24 hours help clear the mind and lower the temperature. Not just
as far as the Chelsea squad are concerned but for the Special One
too.
While that was happening, stock was being taken further up the
food chain.
The club's rationale this season, as things went from bad to
worse, had been that -- while Chelsea would revisit the situation in
December -- Mourinho was bound to turn it around.
By the end of September and the 2-2 draw away to Newcastle,
the talk inside the club was that he could still win the title (they
were eight points back at the time). By mid-November, during the
international break that followed the defeat at Stoke, the message
was that they could still get into the Champions League (at that
stage they were 13 points out of fourth place).
After the defeat to Bournemouth some 10 days ago, the message
changed. Effectively, it became a question of: How bad can things
realistically get? What's the worst case scenario? How confident
are we that replacing him in midseason would substantially improve
the situation this year?
The thinking was that the worst that could happen -- once Porto
had been dispatched and a place in the knockout phase of the
Champions League had been secured -- was a bottom-half finish.
Maybe twelfth, possibly as low as fifteenth. The season would
peter out in disappointment. Mourinho himself would resign, and, if
he didn't, nobody would fault Chelsea for making a change.
Even if those at Chelsea did bring in a new boss, how much of
an improvement could he really produce? Chelsea were on pace for
38 points. If a new manager were twice as effective as Mourinho
through the rest of the campaign -- and that's a huge ask --
they'd end up with 61 points. That's basically seventh or eighth
place, which would still equal an unmitigated flop of a season.
That rationale might have changed somewhat after Monday night's
defeat to Leicester, when Mourinho shared his postmatch thoughts.
There was another scenario, one worse than anyone had imagined:
that Mourinho would fall out with his players and start burning
bridges.
It's not something that had been contemplated, because, other than
the end of his time at Real Madrid, Mourinho had always been a
player's coach. Even the situation at the Bernabeu was quite
different. In Madrid, there was a core of high-profile, veteran
personalities who had experienced plenty of success without him and
an animosity that grew over time and went beyond mere
performance on the pitch.
This is different. The bulk of the Chelsea squad is made up of
either younger players or guys who lack the stature, inclination and
gravitas to challenge Mourinho the way he'd been challenged in
Madrid.
And yet, there was Mourinho, laying into them.
With his sarcastic comments over Eden Hazard's injury, with the
talk that the players had "betrayed his work," with the comment
that his "phenomenal" performance last year led them to overachieve
and this is what they're really like.
That postmatch routine was a game-changer.
It's one thing to lose games. It's another to question your own
players' guts, loyalty and quality. This wasn't from the Mourinho
playbook: even when things got bad, he generally always defended
the players as a group in public (though occasionally he might have
questioned individuals, and goodness knows what he did in private).
This was something else entirely.
Has Mourinho damaged relationships beyond repair? It's a
legitimate concern. If the likes of John Terry, Diego Costa,
Nemanja Matic or Hazard stop buying what Mourinho is selling, it
will damage performances.
But there's another side effect to Mourinho's postmatch interview
that is far more of concern. It's one thing for a group of
talented players to underachieve and have a bad season. It's
another for them to have an equally poor campaign but also be
singled out by their manager for their inadequacies. Especially if,
as appears inevitable, Chelsea will be rebuilding in the summer and
they'll be doing it under Financial Fair Play regulations.
Six months ago, a guy like Hazard might have easily fetched north
of $100 million and Costa maybe two-thirds of that. A poor
campaign would obviously depress those numbers. But if you throw
in the notion that they might be bad eggs as well, it hurts them
even further. That's the spanner Mourinho threw in the works
Monday night. That's what, potentially, moves the needle from
"keep" to "reconsider".
Name-brand managers -- whether they're Carlo Ancelotti or Diego
Simeone or Pep Guardiola -- demand, to varying degrees, some
level of investment when they join new clubs. Otherwise, they stay
put or, if they're unattached, they opt for the guys who are willing
to wheel and deal.
That's the new variable Chelsea are now forced to consider. That
the situation degenerates to the point that their assets -- i.e., the
playing squad -- becomes far more damaged than it otherwise would
be, because their manager shifts the blame on them.
That's what could force their hand if there aren't distinct signs of
improvement. Not just in terms of results -- there's only so much
they can improve -- but crucially in terms of relationships.
It would take a phalanx of psychoanalysts or maybe even a Vulcan
mind meld to figure out what Mourinho was thinking Monday night.
There are still those who contend that actually all of this is part
of some kind of Jose master plan, a psychological ploy aimed at
getting a reaction out of his players. One of those situations --
straight out of made-for-TV high school sports epics -- where the
coach tells the players how much they've let him down and how
they'll never amount to anything. This hurts their feelings, and then
they get angry, and then they bond, find the determination to prove
him wrong and go on to win the state title.
Yeah, maybe that's it.
But if it isn't, Chelsea have a problem that could have been
simmering under the surface until last Monday but which Mourinho
has now dragged into the open.
You can't help but think back to Inter manager Marcello Lippi and
a comparable outburst in October of 2000, following a defeat at
Reggina.
"I'm ashamed of this team," he said. "What would I do if I were
the president? I'd sack the coach, first and foremost. And then I'd
take all the players, line them up against the wall, and kick their
a---s, one by one."
Inter president Massimo Moratti only took part of his advice, but
he took it literally. Lippi was fired a few days later. The players
stuck around, because, well, they're tougher to sack. But also
because they're assets on a balance sheet, and you need to protect
your assets.
That's where Chelsea are heading unless this entire soap opera is
either a Mourinho mind trick or he manages to fix those
relationships in double-quick time.

SEE NAIJA'S FIRST LOCALLY MADE HELICOPTER

On Monday, December 14, Naij.com
team was in Agbaakin Compound in
Jobele area of Afijio local government
in Oyo state. The mission of the team
was to interview one Mr Paul Onah who
boasts of the nation’s first complete
and locally-built helicopter.
In a one on one chat with Naij.com’s
Oladele Hakeem, the professional
Welder turned-inventor explains how
the journey started and what he
foresees upon the addition of some
other components which will make the
helicopter eventually fly in the air.
He went into the interior of his
invention and started its engine. The
helicopter started with its blades and
propellers rotating.
Below are excerpts from the interview:

Could you please tell us about yourself
in details?

My name is Paul Onah. I am 35 years old. I am married
with 2 children. I am from Benue state. I am a Welder by
profession as well as a Panel Beater. I came from Benue
state several years ago before I came to settle to here in
Jobele.

You are here standing beside your
locally-built helicopter. Tell us how it
all began with the helicopter

Thank you very much. The idea to build my helicopter actually
started 5 years ago when God first inspired me to invent an
airplane. I initially did not understand this because I never
understood it was God who was speaking to me in my dream.
I only heard a voice and was a bit confused.
However, in 2012, my late father who died several years ago
appeared to me in my dream and told me to build a
helicopter. After waking up in the morning of that day, I
asked myself, how will I build an airplane when I have never
come in contact or touched an aeroplane before in my life?
As you are seeing me, I have never been to an airport
before. Likewise, I had no money then that would enable
embark on the project. It was not until I told my lovely wife
that I was finally convinced and encouraged that this project
will come to see the light of the day.
Hmmmm …….

Give us more details into how you
constructed this helicopter standing
here

Okay. As I said earlier on, after telling my wife and she
supported the idea, I first began work on prototypes which
included jet and small helicopter all designed using woods. This
was possible because I bought children’s toy airplanes and
watched videos of how aeroplanes and helicopters are built.
This was really what further boosted my courage and
resilience that I will build a helicopter one day.
The reason for using initially woods for my airplane was to
know the design of what I wanted for my work. However, I
began building this helicopter you are looking at in January
this year. But I cannot really remember the actual date now.

So, how much went into this project
and which materials did you use?

Since the time I started building this helicopter, all the money
I made from my welding job and from the sale of my Volvo
car totally 300 Hundred Thousand Naira all went into this
project. Even when I told my brothers to assist me, none of
them helped me. They said it was a white-elephant project.
However, I was not discouraged as my wife, Margaret and
my first child Mary all prayed for me that I will succeed.
Since I used to have 2 vehicles, these were Datsun and
Volvo. I sold the Volvo to buy materials like iron plate, blade
propellers, tyres and other materials from Oyo. I converted
the Datsun car by reconstructing it.
As I got all the materials on ground, I began work and here
is what you have.

Do you think this helicopter will
eventually fly?

Yes! By the grace of God. It will still fly if I finally get the
remaining needed materials.

A pastor and juju priest were recently
stripped naked in Orlu, Imo state over
the weekend.

Unemployment rate will be lower after the 2016 budget is passed- Buhari

President Mohammadu Buhari at a dinner he organised in honour of
the visiting Alumni Association of the Indian Defence Services Staff
College,DSSC, Wellingon, led by the Indian High Commissioner to
Nigeria, Mr. Ghanashyam, yesterday, said that the problem of youth
unemployment in the country will reduce after the 2016 national
budget is passed.
Lamenting that 60 per cent of the country’s youth population was
unemployed, the President said:
“We will sit down to see how we can rehabilitate industries.
We will do this in order to clear the problem of
unemployment. This is extremely dangerous for our country.
We are meeting after the budget to see how to revive
industry and secure the economy.”
The President also said that the insecurity in the North-East,
abduction for ransom in the South and the sabotage of the oil
industry in the Delta region are all connected to poverty and
unemployment.
“We are meeting after the budget to see how to revive industry and
secure the economy,” he further assured.

WHAT JESUS REALLY LOOKS LIKE According to A Science Anthropologist

Richard Neave, a scientific Anthropologist has claimed that Jesus is not the normal long haired  white man, with skinny face, we normally see in pictures.
Neave has used scientific methods of ancient anthropology to determine the best suitable face for Jesus. Getting his facts from some Israeli ancient skulls and tombs,  he has drawn Jesus to b a dark man with a new hairdo and broader nose as seen in the picture..
The supposed new face od Jesus has now gone viral and is raising lots of questions.
